¡Hola! Este tiempo en casa, ya casi o más de 30 días para algunos, a muchos nos ha llevado a reflexionar y pasar de una vida activa entre familia, amigos, trabajo, reuniones, conferencias, actividades sociales y demás a adaptarnos en casa y transferir todos esos momentos solo a lo virtual. 

Este tiempo en casa he practicado algunas acciones que me han sumado para que cada día sea más fácil y estar más cerca de mí y los míos. Te los comparto y espero que algunos de ellos puedan funcionarte, estoy segura de que sí y recuerda: un día a la vez y #quedateencasa para que todo esto pase pronto. 

Enfoque para el trabajo en casa. Diseña un espacio adecuado y que colabore con la concentración, pero también tiempos para dar una vuelta o buscar un café pero hacerlo de forma organizada. 

Gratitud, esto es necesario sentirlo; entender lo valioso de tener vida, un techo, afectos, nos dice que somos bendecidos cada uno de alguna forma. Concéntrate en tus razones para dar gracias cada día, suelta la vida y obra de los demás.

Oración, cada uno seguro tiene creencias religiosas, para mi hoy orar, hablar con Dios me llena de energía y de calma. Tener esas conversaciones personales a través de la oración se siente como que transferimos a otro todopoderoso nuestras angustias o preocupaciones.

No al miedo, no permitas que habite en ti, controla tu mente cuidado con eso, cuidado con la sobreinformación esto te lleva a una proyección inconsciente que justo ahora seguro no necesitas.

Ver comedias, reír siempre es bueno, pues ahora es necesario busca ver o escuchar historias o personas que te hagan reír a carcajadas, mejor siempre tener una excusa o un momento para esto así sea pensando en seres queridos que no están y fueron motivos de muchas sonrisas.

No tienes que hacer de todo, ahora está la moda lee, entrena, cocina, canta, en fin no sumes más estrés a tu vida elige que hacer, cosas que te gusten. Tampoco suma la presión social de hacer cosas, porque si toca hacerlo y peor presionar a quienes te rodea para eso. ¡Cuidado presionar no es lo mismo que motivar!

Aprovecha para encontrarte contigo y date la oportunidad de hacer nuevas cosas y ver que te gusta por ejemplo leer, hacer una manualidad, cocinar toma este tiempo para indagar en ti sin prisa y sin expectativas.Cuídate no solo quedateencasa obvio también cuida tu cuerpo, tu salud, tu piel, tu cabello; en fin cuida te ti.

Toma sol ¡es lo más, pruébalo! Como cuando éramos bebés: tomar 10 minutos al día. Ahora que podemos elegir no lo hacemos.

Elige pasarla bien tienes dos formas: si te toca limpiar lo puedes hacer enojado y fastidiado o bien poner buena música y bailar; en fin igual puedes hacerlo es cuestión de elegir cómo hacerlo.

 

Nuevas tareas todos estamos haciendo cosas que seguro en la rutina nunca hacemos, pues usa esto de proyecto y hazlo bien. Por ejemplo me declaro chef, me sale todo bien fácil y rápido, pero esto es seguro porque decidí que sería así.

Práctica estos valores: es ahora la honestidad, la paciencia, la tolerancia, la coherencia, el respeto, la responsabilidad, la colaboración, la empatía, la humildad, en fin es el momento de sacar lo mejor de ti.

 

Lo más importante: esto no es una prueba que te tocó solo a ti, Piensa que eres parte de un gran problema donde como tú actúas impactas en otros: tu familia, tus vecinos; en fin no es personal nos toca desde lo colectivo.
